Delivery Partners
We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time. Estimated delivery times vary by area. Your order will be shipped via one of the following providers:

  • Yamato Transport
  • Seino Transportation
Package Delivery by Temperature Range We will ship your package according to the appropriate temperature range: Dry Delivery (Room Temperature), Frozen Delivery, or Cool Delivery. Products within the same temperature range will be
packed together. If products belong to different temperature ranges, they will be packed and
shipped separately, and you will be charged for each shipment. Shipping fees are applied to each
package. The maximum weight for a Dry Delivery package is 20kg, while the maximum weight for
Frozen and Cool Delivery is 15kg. Shipping fees will be automatically added to your cart. Please note that packing size is calculated based on both weight and dimensions.
